The Parrot man was a regular at the Red Dragon Inn in Aremid. He kept a dead stuffed Parrot with him, which is why he was referred to as the Parrot Man. Logan, his real name, knew much about the Woman in White and about Lexie Carver's real parents. He also had an annoying habit of speaking in rhymes.
