Nikki was hired in 1982 as the Salem PD Secretary. On the outside Nikki seemed to be a plain, average woman, but in truth she came from a very wealthy and respected family. Both Danny Grant and Abe Carver began to date Nikki, but she eventually chose Abe. However, Nikki soon became unhappy with Abe, especially when he left her at a debutante ball to head off to a drug bust.

Nikki left Salem in 1983.
