Savannah Wilder came to Salem in 1985 and was part of a crime syndicate finnanced by Victor Kiriakis. Savannah employed many people in her drug and porno ring, including Tod Chandler and the police chief Richard Cates.

At the end of the year when Shane Donovan brought down Victor Kiriakis Savannah was arrested along with Victor and Steve Johnson, but all were freed when Victor blackmailed Larry welch to take the fall for everything.
